Care instructions

Hand washing recommended: Wash with mild dish soap and dry thoroughly to keep the blade in top condition.
Use the right board: Cut on wood or plastic. Avoid glass, stone and metal surfaces, which dull the edge.
Cut, don’t twist: Use a clean slicing motion rather than levering or twisting to preserve sharpness.
Store it safely: Keep knives in a block, on a magnetic rail or in a sheath — never loose in a drawer.
Sharpen and oil: Hone regularly and oil wooden handles occasionally to maintain performance.

Your knives stay sharp – we guarantee it. If the blade loses its sharpness within the first year, we'll sharpen it for free so it cuts like it did on day one. Guaranteed.
