Returns & Exchanges

• Items may be returned or exchanged if they do not meet your expectations.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, where applicable.

Refunds

• Contact us at support@culvaro.com to request a refund.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrect products, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Exceptions

• Personalized products and certain sealed hygiene products that have been opened may not be eligible for return.
• Mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer's country remain unaffected.
